The room was well-heated and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring the area. Wi-Fi was available, although it required multiple attempts to connect. The staff were responsive to requests for assistance with the TV.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and just a short walk to the subway. the rooms were quite clean and the beds were comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel was that there was hot water available at night, which was quite convenient. Additionally, we appreciated having coffee and tea in the room.

The service at this hotel was very poor. There were no elevators, so we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs without any assistance.
