The room was well-heated and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring the area. Wi-Fi was available, although it required multiple attempts to connect. The staff were responsive to requests for assistance with the TV.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and just a short walk to the subway. The rooms were quite clean and the beds were comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel was that there was hot water available at night, quite convenient. we appreciated having coffee and tea in the room.

The service at this hotel was very poor. The breakfast was supposed to be included, but they closed everything promptly at 9:30, even refusing to serve us a cup of coffee.

Short walk to Northern line, friendly staff, buffet kosher breakfast with variety and value, pancake making machine, clean and spacious dining area, complimentary meals for children under 12.
